Latest version was released back in 2008, since then there were no updates. You can always try running the software in Compatibility mode using right click on the executable then choose Properties.
No, the game is not compatible with Android devices because this was released back in 1999. There hasn't been released any new version since, nor there is any version compatible with Android devices.
Presently, the software is shown as being compatible with Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows Me, Windows 95, and Windows NT.
I bought the CD-ROM of Pandora's Box years ago. System requirements: Windows 95, 98, ME. Now my PC has Windows 7 Home edition and I cannot get the CD-Rom to work. It does install, but when I try to start the game, nothing happens. Does this mean I can't play this game anymore?

Yes, you are right. You cannot play this game anymore because the Microsoft page (which offered a patch to enhance compatibility) is not working anymore. Troubleshooting compatibility will also make no good. The game will not start no matter what you do.
I have an old disc which no longer works. I really want another one. Please advise if this is possible.

The official website is down so you can't buy the game from them anymore. You can try to find a version to purchase from a retail website like Amazon. However, this is an old game from the 1990s that was released for Windows 95 and Windows 98. Due to this, it's very possible that you won't be able to run it on Windows 8. You can try to install it using compatibility features. To do that, press the Windows key to enter the menu and in the search bar type run program. Open the Run programs made for previous versions of Windows service and follow the steps provided.
